Privacy Policy

This site, workwithroyce.pages.dev, is run by Royce Allen Mayuga. This policy explains what happens to the information you send me through it.

What I collect

When you fill in the contact form, I collect your name, your email address, which part of your business you say is broken, and whatever you write in your message. That’s it.

Like every website, the site’s host also receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type. That’s needed to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. I don’t use it to track you.

I also see anonymous visit statistics, explained under “Cookies and analytics” below.

Why I collect it

One reason only: so I can reply to you. I don’t sell it, rent it, trade it, or add you to a mailing list. If I ever want to email you about something other than your enquiry, I’ll ask you first.

Where it goes

Form submissions pass through Web3Forms and arrive in my Gmail inbox. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits. These companies process the data on my behalf and under their own privacy terms. Nobody else sees your message.

These services store and process data outside the Philippines, which means your information may be transferred to and held in other countries. I use established providers who apply recognised safeguards to that data.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiries for 12 months, then delete them. If we end up working together, I keep what I need for the length of our work and a reasonable period afterwards for my records.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where visits come from. It works without cookies and doesn’t build a profile of you or follow you to other websites. What I see is totals, such as page views, the site or link that sent a visit, country, device type and how fast pages load. None of it tells me who you are.

The site doesn’t use advertising pixels, tracking cookies or any other analytics, so there’s no cookie banner to accept.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to show you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email goworkwithroyce@gmail.com and I’ll sort it out, usually within a few days. You don’t need to give a reason.

If you’re in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you these rights formally, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you’re in the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) gives you equivalent rights, and the National Privacy Commission handles complaints.

Security

Only I have access to enquiries. My providers use standard encryption in transit, and I delete what I no longer need. No system is perfect, but I don’t ask for anything sensitive and I don’t keep it for long.

Children

This site is for business owners. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent me something, email me and I’ll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Major changes will be noted on the page.
