Hi, I’m Royce.
Five years ago I thought social media was a volume problem. Post more, reach more. It took an embarrassing number of flopped posts to work out that’s backwards.
Content doesn’t fail because there isn’t enough of it. It fails because nobody worked out who it was for.
So I built a process around that, and five years of clients later it’s sharper than it’s ever been. These days I handle content and communities for brands who built something good and don’t have the hours to keep it visible. I write the captions, cut the reels, make the graphics, sit in the comments, and tell you honestly at the end of the month what worked and what we should drop.
Five years in, and still stuck on the same question: who’s this actually for?
